Returns & Refund Policy

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
• Sale and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return Email us at kennerhouseon98@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and clear photos of each item. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

To process a return or refund, all items — including damaged items — must meet the following requirements:

1. Photo Required: A clear photo of each item must be submitted at the time of the return request.
2. Item Must Be Returned: All items, including damaged items, must be physically returned to us. No refunds will be issued without the item being returned.
3. Pre-Paid Return Label: A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided once your return request and photo have been reviewed and approved.
4. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days once the returned item has been received.  

No Restocking Fees We never charge restocking fees. Returns are simple and hassle-free!

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled any time before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to return an item after it has shipped, please refer to our return policy.
